Bundle up, Tologs! The winter season has arrived and the Veritas Shield is here to help you style the FSHA winter uniform while staying cute and cozy. With a little creativity, you can express yourself while staying within the dress code’s boundaries.
One of the easiest ways to style the winter uniform is layering. Whether it is a long sleeve under the FSHA polo or mixing up color combinations, layering adds endless variations on how to style your uniform.
“My favorite way to layer is with a long-sleeved undershirt. I like making weird color combos with the polos like with a purple shirt and white polo,” Mercy Bruchey ‘26 said.
Skirts are a classic uniform option, but pants have become a popular choice for Tologs who want to stay warm during the winter. And this year, the dress code includes a new kind called the “Lululemon Women’s Dance Studio Pants.”
“Since the uniform policy expanded to include different pant options, I’ve relied heavily on pants for my daily school outfit.” Lyla Minton ‘26 said.
Lastly, accessories are a great way to style your uniform according to your personality. Tologs say jewelry plays a big role in dressing up their uniform.
“Additionally, I use jewelry pieces, such as rings and bracelets, to express my personality while adhering to uniform guidelines,” Minton said.
The FSHA winter uniform may come with guidelines, but that doesn’t mean you can’t infuse your style into it. Layering, adding pants, and accessorizing with jewelry create endless possibilities in what you can do with your uniform.
