These seven Tologs practice the seven different types of health in their own unique ways.
Between school, clubs, extracurriculars, sports and college applications, remembering to take care of your health can often be pushed off to the side, especially when you realize that there are seven types of health you should be taking care of. But these seven Tologs are each examples of how you can find time to make sure you’re living the healthiest, happiest life you can, even just by doing small things every day.
Abby Pranata ‘25 takes care of her spiritual health by learning more about her spirituality and religion as she goes through Confirmation. “I think it’s an adult position, and that's what spirituality is going to mean to me [and what] religion will be like when I’m an adult, so it’s a big decision, and I think it’s important to really know where you stand,” Pranata said.
